About the role:
As a member of our best practices services team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of guiding our customers in a focussed specialty business area to assist them in transforming their businesses from good practices to great businesses.
You will use your great communications skills over the phone that result in positive outcomes for both the customers and you.
Using enthusiasm and your influencing skills, combined with your professional phone manner you will be able to provide great business insights to your customers, using our tried and tested processes.
Importantly you will be a first point of contact for the business, therefore your ability to build rapport and on-going customer relationships over the phone, will be highly valued.
What skills and experience are required?
As this is a phone based role it is essential that you have an excellent command of the English language and you communicate in a clear and concise manner.
You most likely have worked in any industry in a phone based outbound sales role or even an appointment setting role, but we are really looking for motivated people with the right attitude and exposure to customer relationship or account management, we will teach you the rest and how to be the best!
