We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Corporate Account Manager to maximise customer satisfaction and penetration within our top 10-12 corporate customers.
This newly created position will be working very closely with all key stakeholders within our business that interface with these corporate customers. Externally you'll have accountability for building and nurturing key relationships within 10-12 established and target corporate accounts and working with senior level stakeholders with in these complex and diverse organisations. Some interstate and NZ based travel will be required to foster meaningful client relationships. This role is focused on selling and growing the accounts financially as well as working with them to develop extremely high levels of customer satisfaction (25% sales/75% account management) to own the corporate accounts.
About the Role
You'll be working with corporate clients to ensure they are leveraging the full product offering and value adds to drive customer engagement to improve their bottom line. The role will involve developing detailed account plans, performing SWOT analysis, needs analysis by role, presenting to customers on service offerings and value-added services and representing the business at the relevant conferences as required.
You'll own the relationship with corporates and leverage relationships with internal teams to ensure any projects for your clients are executed efficiently and to drive customer satisfaction. You'll be working with senior level stakeholders and need to hold your own with a range of personalities adapting your style to suit the audience. Resilience, patience, perseverance, competitive drive and ability to remain calm under pressure are key traits you will need to draw upon in this challenging role.
Criteria for Success
Success will be measured by the number and portfolio of corporate accounts, penetration and revenue share and customer satisfaction measured via NPS.
