As a member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of customer relationships and guiding them to transform their businesses from good practices to great businesses. You will use your great relationship skills over the phone and through email, resulting in positive outcomes for both the customers and you.
You will be engaging with the same customers on a monthly basis and taking them on a journey that lasts a year or until they achieve success!
Using enthusiasm and your influencing skills, combined with your professional phone manner you will be able to provide great business insights to your customers, using our tried and tested processes.
Importantly you will be a first point of contact for the business, therefore your ability to build rapport and on-going customer relationships over the phone, will be highly valued.
What skills and experience are required:
As this is a phone based role it is essential that you have an excellent command of the English language and you communicate in a clear and concise manner.
You may have worked in any industry in a phone based role, but we are really looking for people with the right attitude and enough exposure to account management to know this is the job for you, we will teach you the rest.
